This Japanese technique is based on working with differently coloured clays that are layered, stacked and then shaped into the final piece. Everyone creates their own piece – a bowl, a plate or any other object their imagination conjures. Cup and vase templates from the Boston brand FROMFRAN, available exclusively at our studio, will help you achieve the perfect shape.
The result is unique patterns right in the material – every piece is a complete original.
The workshop takes place in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Our instructor will guide you through the whole process and help you achieve the best possible result.
The workshop is perfect for smaller groups who want to try a unique technique of working with coloured clay and enjoy creative time together.

Glazing your pieces
Glazing your own pieces is not part of the workshop.
We take care of the finishing touches – we glaze the pieces so that their structure and pattern stand out as much as possible.
You then pick up the finished pieces at our studio.

We ship finished pieces across the Czech Republic and the EU (postage paid separately).
