Account & customer number

Everything in the studio starts with an account in our reservation system. You use it to book, pay, see your visit history and receive emails about your pieces.

Customer number

You get a customer number when you register. Dozens of people pass through the studio and pieces travel between shelves and the kiln without you. The number is the only way we know what is yours.

  • You mark every piece with it. An unsigned piece cannot be identified or processed.
  • Your pieces wait on the shelf under this number after the first and the second firing.
  • You will find it in your profile and in our emails. Save it, you will need it on every visit.

How to mark pieces correctly is described in Marking your pieces.

One person, one account

  • Every visitor has their own account and their own reservation, including companions and children. Without their own number they could not sign their pieces.
  • Do not share your account or login details with anyone. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • Keep your profile up to date, especially your email. All news about your pieces, deadlines and access codes go there.

Deposit and history

In your account you see your deposit balance (credit you can pay reservations with), upcoming reservations and visit history. Top up the deposit by card directly in the system, see Booking & payment.
