Introduction

Here you will find everything you need to know about how KERA works: from registration and booking, through working with materials, to picking up finished pieces and the terms and conditions. The articles are short, written so that each makes sense on its own, and link to each other where it helps.

Finding your way around

  • How the studio works: the three ways to create, your account, booking and entering the studio. Start here if you are new.
  • Activities: how self-service activities, workshops and courses, and group events work in general.
  • Materials & techniques: clays, glazes, decorating colours and marking your pieces. Read before your first visit.
  • Firing & pickup: what happens to your piece after you leave and how it gets back to you.
  • Rules: binding rules for everyone who enters the studio.
  • Terms & privacy: cancellation, deposit and vouchers, complaints and personal data in plain language, with links to the full documents.

What you will not find here

The documentation describes how things work, not the current offer. Prices, material amounts, opening hours, consultation hours and age limits differ by studio and activity and are always listed with the activity in the activities overview and on the studio page.

If you are unsure

Write to us via contact. And if you are new, come during consultation hours, when an instructor shows you around the studio.
