Cancellation & withdrawal
Withdrawal within 14 days
When you buy online, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Just email us saying what you are withdrawing from, when you bought it and under what name. You can use the form attached to the terms and conditions. We refund within 14 days by the same method you paid with.
When withdrawal is not possible
The law limits the right of withdrawal for services tied to a date or already provided. Specifically:
- Services with a fixed date (reservation, workshop, course) once the date has passed or the withdrawal cannot reach us before it.
- Services that have already been provided, such as a reservation you attended.
- A gift voucher that has already been redeemed.
Cancelling a workshop
Your spot in a workshop is reserved just for you. We prepare material for you and once taken we cannot offer the spot to anyone else. If you do not attend, there is no right to a refund or a replacement date. Cancellation terms and any exceptions (for example a make-up lesson in multi-session courses) are listed with every workshop. In individual cases, such as illness, we are happy to work something out. Let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellation by us
If a workshop does not fill up, we may cancel it. We let you know by email and refund the price within 14 days by the same method you paid with.
