What we process and why
- Account and reservations: identification, contact and payment details and reservation data. Without them we cannot conclude a contract, send you an access code or inform you about your pieces. We keep them for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the period required by law.
- Communication: the content of messages we exchange, for as long as the conversation lasts.
- Marketing: we may send offers of similar services under the so-called customer exception, newsletters only with your consent. You can unsubscribe from both at any time via the link in the email or in your account settings. Operational emails about your pieces (invitation to glaze, pickup) are not marketing and are always sent.
- Website: usage statistics and cookies according to your choice in the cookie bar.
CCTV
The studio is monitored by a recording CCTV system for the safety of visitors and protection of property in a self-service operation. Recordings are kept briefly, deleted on a rolling basis, and only a limited circle of people has access to them.
Who we share data with
IT service providers, the reservation system provider and external collaborators involved in running the studio, always under a contract. We do not transfer data outside the EU and do not use automated decision-making.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent. Exercise them by email via contact, some directly in your account settings. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
